Sulaimani Journal for Pure and Applied Sciences (SUJPAS) is a scientific journal published by the University of Sulaimani. This journal was formerly known as the Journal of Zankoy Sulaimani Part-A. Sulaimani Journal has been established since 1997. It is a biannual journal and publishes highly rigorous academic works in the fields of Earth Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, and Agricultural Sciences.

All submissions are done online in the Sulaimani Journal for Pure and Applied Sciences.

The following points are considered when you submit your academic works.

1. Create an Account

  • Visit the SUJPAS  Online Submission System at [https://sjpas.univsul.edu.iq/submission-agreement ].

  • If you are a new user, click on "Register" to create an account. Provide your full name, email address, affiliation, and a secure password.

  • If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.

2. Submit Your Manuscript

Once your manuscript is ready and you have created an account, follow these steps:

  1. Log In: Access your account on the SUJPAS submission portal.

  2. Start a New Submission: Click on "Submit Manuscript" or a similar button to begin the process.

  3. Upload Files:

    • Upload your manuscript file (in Word formats like doc. and/or docx).

    • Upload supplementary files (e.g., figures, tables, datasets) if applicable.

    • Ensure all files are clearly named and in the correct format.

  4. Enter Metadata:

    • Provide the title, abstract, keywords, and author information (names, affiliations, and contact details).

    • Indicate the corresponding author.

    • Provide all references in the reference box, each reference in a separate line, and use Enter to insert a new reference in the reference box.

  5. Select Categories: Choose the appropriate subject category and keywords that best describe your manuscript.

  6. Review and Submit:

    • Review all entered information and uploaded files for accuracy.

    • Agree to the journal's terms and conditions (e.g., copyright agreement).

    • Click "Submit" to complete the process.
